Filtering stage principle
The turbid water of the laminated filter enters the filter through the filter inlet, and the turbid water passes through the surface of the laminated filter element to form a filter. Impurity particles are trapped at the intersection of the laminations, and the filtered water flows out from the main pipe of the filter. The backwash water flows from the inside to the outside along the tangential direction of the inner wall of the stack to wash various impurities adhered to the surface of the stack. The stack rotates under the action of the backwash water flow, ensuring that all impurities are effectively cleaned and discharged. All steps of backwashing can be controlled using time intervals and pressure differences. Once set, it can be used for a long time. The automatic backwash filter completes the entire automatic backwash process within seconds without interrupting its operation. The filter using this filtering principle can dynamically change the lamination gap during filtering and backwashing, which is very beneficial for improving filtering performance and filtering water quality, and can greatly reduce the backwashing water consumption, which is usually about 0.25%. Principle of backwash stage

When a certain pressure difference is reached, or within a set time, the system automatically enters the backwash state. The controller controls the valve to change the water flow direction, and the one-way membrane at the bottom of the filter closes the main channel. The backwash enters four groups of nozzle channels. The water pressure in the piston chamber connected to the nozzle channels rises, and the piston moves upward to overcome the pressure of the spring on the lamination, releasing piston space on the top of the lamination group, At the same time, backwash water is sprayed at high speed from the nozzles above the four groups of nozzle channels in the tangential direction of the lamination, causing the lamination to rotate and evenly separate. The spraying water sprays the surface of the lamination and throws out impurities trapped on the lamination. When the backwash is completed, the water flow direction changes again, the lamination is compressed again, and the system enters the filtering state again.
